- First floor: fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, dining area and sitting area (pull-out sofa bed, armchair, TV), shower room/wc with grab bar (Italian shower with seat, accessible to people with reduced mobility).
- Upstairs: two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1x160), the other with two single beds (2x90), separate wc.
