Surrounded by mountains, this cottage is close to the owners' home, and you'll appreciate its independence and unoverlooked terrace. The shops and train station are a 5-minute walk away. The Haut-Diois is a magnificent region between Vercors and Provence, where you'll enjoy a peaceful stay. A multitude of outdoor activities are on offer (hiking, biking, swimming, canoeing, climbing, via ferrata, fishing, paragliding). There are many beautiful sites in the immediate vicinity, including the impressive chaos of the listed Le Claps site, the valleys of the Drôme, Roanne and Oule rivers, the Archiane cirque, the Borne lollipops, picturesque medieval hilltop villages, as well as rural mountain passes and varied landscapes with forests, vineyards, orchards, lavender fields... The resorts of Col de Rousset, Joue du Loup and Super Devoluy (Hautes Alpes) are just 1 hour away.
In a residential neighborhood, a detached house accessed via wide steps with wooden logs, featuring a raised deck with a wooden table, benches, and armchairs. Entrance through the living area: fully equipped kitchen and dining area, wood pellet stove, bathroom/toilet (walk-in shower), one bedroom with a double bed (1x140). Mezzanine above the living room with a lounge area (sofa bed, TV), two single beds (2x90), and a catamaran-style hanging hammock. Parking in front of the house. Secure outdoor bike shed. Non-smoking holiday cottage. Electric heating: wood pellet stove in the living room and electric radiators. 7.4 kW electric vehicle charging station

L'accueil est sympathique, souple, efficace, bienveillant! Cette petite maison a tout ce qu'il faut pour 1 court ou long séjour agréable.Bien équipée, très propre,nous étions 3 mais on peut aisément s'y retrouver à 4 ou 5 avec des enfants. Les plus: les moments relax dans le filet suspendu..., le rangement à vélos, l'accès de plein pied à la terrasse. Et aussi, le centre du village à 5' à pied, le claps à 5'à vélo.
