Just 20 minutes from Grignan, Nyons and Vaison-la-Romaine, and only 16 km from the freeway, La Perdiguiero is strategically located in the heart of the Drôme Provençale, close to the Vaucluse region. This large vacation home can accommodate from 6 to 12 people, and can be adapted to suit every need: a tourist stay, a weekend with friends, a family reunion or a business trip.
Appreciated for its comfort, full facilities and spacious living areas, it lets you take full advantage of the region's riches all year round. With its typical villages, light-filled landscapes and gentle pace of life, it's an invitation to relax and discover, whatever the season.
La Perdiguiero has recently been completely renovated, retaining its character and charm. First floor: large, bright and pleasant living room and kitchen, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 with en-suite shower rooms (2x80x200 or 1x160x200) (2x80x200 or 1x160x200) (1x140x200), bathroom with bathtub and sauna, 2 separate toilets with washbasins. Upstairs: attic converted into a large air-conditioned bedroom for 6 people, with a small sitting area equipped with a library and numerous games for children. Table tennis and 2 petanque courts at your disposal. 6x12 m swimming pool, shared with the owners and their guests, open from April to October, weather permitting, heated in mid-season. Enclosed bicycle shed.

Aoûtiens 2025 Heureux du choix de la Perdiguiero
La Perdiguiero a été le lieu idéal pour notre petite tribu familiale réunie une semaine. Tout a été pensé pour rendre notre séjour très agréable. La maison spacieuse et bien équipée bénéficie d'un bel environnement. la terrasse ombragée a été très appréciée. La piscine est parfaite ; de nombreux jeux sont mis à dispositions, à la piscine, dans le dortoir des enfants (très apprécié) et pour le plain air. Les propriétaires sont particulièrement accueillants et à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons avec

Mamimoune 26 Parfait !
Tout a été parfait, tant l'accueil que le gite en lui même. Merci aux propriétaires qui ont tout fait pour notre arrivée et pour notre bien être. Gite spacieux, très propre, agréable, rien ne manque ! Petit plus pour l'aménagement du grenier en véritable paradis pour les plus jeunes ! Chambres spacieuses avec leur salle d'eau chacune. Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir pour réunir notre famille !

Bart La Provence comme il faut.
Pour la troisième année consécutive, nous avons passé nos vacances en famille dans ce gîte extraordinaire à Tulette.
Propriétaires très aimables qui aident où possible et qui nous ont prévu encore une fois de tout confort nécessaire.
Piscine fantastique où on a passé beaucoup de temps.
Grenier idéal pour faire dormir les enfants.
