Nestled in the heart of the Valdaine plain, between Lyon and Marseille, this carefully renovated family home offers a peaceful and unspoiled setting. Set on a private one-hectare lot, completely secluded and bordered by the Jabron Valley greenway connected to the ViaRhôna, it is the perfect place to recharge your batteries close to nature.

Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, La Péquéña features a room accessible to guests with limited mobility, an adapted bathroom, two separate restrooms, a large, inviting kitchen open to the dining area, and a spacious, light-filled living room. Outside, make the most of sunny days with the 10 x 4 m private Piscine, the outdoor kitchen, and the many areas dedicated to relaxation and leisure.

Its prime location makes it easy to explore the region’s treasures: the hilltop villages of Drôme Provençale, the forests of Saoû and Marsanne, the artisan villages of Mirmande and Cliousclat, the Crocodile Farm, or the creative world of Dieulefit and Bourdeaux. Access to the A7 highway, located just 15 minutes away, also makes it easy to get around throughout your stay.

La Péquéña – Single-story holiday cottage with private pool

La Péquéña occupies the ground floor of La Casa Grande. Outside of peak season, we can, upon request, make the entire property private by closing off access to the upper floor. The La Casa Grande holiday cottage then becomes La Péquéña. The capacity is then adjusted to accommodate 4 to 5 people, offering all the comforts of a large property in a more intimate setting.

Accessible to guests with limited mobility, this vacation home enjoys a privileged setting in the heart of a fully enclosed one-hectare property.

The living area consists of a kitchen open to the living room and a spacious, bright living room that opens widely onto the garden through two French doors. The living room is equipped with a television, a two-seater sofa bed, and a single bed (90 x 190 cm).

The bedroom features a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a single bed (90 x 190 cm). It is adjacent to a bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility, featuring a walk-in shower and a toilet. A second separate toilet completes the interior layout.

Outside, you’ll enjoy large terraces, one of which is covered, a private 10 x 4 m Piscine (depth 1.50 m), open from May through September, as well as an outdoor kitchen, a kids’ play area, and a pétanque court.

To enhance your stay, a large separate recreation room is at your disposal, featuring a pool table, ping-pong table, foosball table, reading corner, music, and board games.
