La Péquéña is the first floor of La Casa Grande. Out of high season, we can close off access to the first floor and make the entire property private. The house then becomes a vacation home for 4 or 5 people instead of 15. It is accessible to people with reduced mobility. It offers a unique setting on 1ha of fully enclosed grounds. The kitchen opens onto the living room, the living room is spacious and bright with 2 French windows opening onto the garden (TV, 2-seater sofa bed and bed 90x190), the bedroom (bed 140x190 + bed 90x190) is adjoined by a bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility (Italian shower and toilet). There is also a 2nd independent toilet. The house benefits from large terraces, one of which is covered, and a private swimming pool (10x4m + 1.50m deep) open from May to September inclusive, with summer kitchen, Kids' play area, boules... A large separate room has been converted into a relaxation area (billiards, table tennis, table soccer, music, reading, games...) Spa optional.
