Located at the gateway to the Valence urban area, the Holiday cottage "L'Entracte" is ideally situated for exploring the Drôme. It's just 5 km from the A7 (Lyon-Marseille) and A49 (Grenoble-Geneva) freeways, 8 km from downtown Valence and the TGV train station, and 20 km from Romans-sur-Isère and Tain l'Hermitage.
The region is packed with points of interest, including the Cité du Chocolat Valrhôna and the prestigious Crozes-Hermitage vineyards, the International Shoe Museum and the Marques Avenue boutiques. As for leisure activities, there's the 18-hole Les Chanalets golf course, a green and peaceful setting for relaxing between excursions.
Gîte located in a wing of the owner's house. First floor: kitchen opening onto living room, sofa bed, TV, shower room/wc. Upstairs: mezzanine (1x140), private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Free private parking on public road.
