Jérémie and Charlotte will be delighted to welcome you to this atypically renovated former sheepfold. In the heart of the Drôme provençale and the Baronnies, La Matrasse offers an exceptional view of the Caire rock, just a stone's throw from the "Vautours". The gîte is isolated in the heart of nature, with a 1 km unpaved road leading to the first house over 700 m away. Numerous hiking trails nearby. In the village you'll find the following amenities: convenience store with gas station, pharmacy, post office. Lac de Cornillon is 5km away for swimming and fishing. Ideal location for outdoor activities, close to Mont Ventoux. It's also a privileged spot for nature lovers, with a unique ornithological site in Europe dedicated to vultures. Near Rémuzat: the towns of Nyons and Vaison La Romaine and their summer markets.
Detached cottage. Living room with kitchenette (Dolce Gusto coffeemaker), dining area, convertible sofa (1x140), TV, bedroom with double bed (1x140) separated by a half partition, shower and washbasin in bedroom. Separate WC. Heating with wood-burning stove. Terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. A wooden table is available just a few yards from the Bergerie, where you can enjoy your meals in the shade of the trees and take in the magnificent view.

Un gîte cosy en pleine nature
4/5Bons échanges avec le propriétaire qui donne entre autre des informations nécessaires pour rejoindre le gîte qui est assez isolé. A l'arrivée , effet "waouh" garantit . Le gîte est en pleine nature , c'est assez sauvage même si le village est proche avec les commerces utiles . A notre arrivée , les propriétaires on eu l'attention de bien chauffer le gîte par le poêle. Des buches sont à disposition en quantité suffisantes pour se tenir au chaud ( nous sommes en février ) , et compris dans le prix de la location . Le gîte présente bien , il est confortable et fonctionnel. Nous avons pu observer les vautours depuis le gîte ou lors des randonnées. Notre week end prolongé s'est superbement bien passé et nous allons certainement y retourner. Nous recommandons ce gîte à ceux qui aiment la nature et la tranquillité pour une déconnexion et revenir à l'essentiel. Belle expérience !

Un bel endroit
5/5Super séjour, perdu dans la nature nous avons profité du calme absolu et de la compagnie des vautours.
C'était formidable, pas de bruit, départ de randonnée sur place.
Nous avons vu près du gîte le matin passer une biche et un cerf c'était exceptionnel.
