This house of character, Alain's second home, will appeal to lovers of atypical places steeped in history, where each stay leaves a unique memory. Organized over 4 levels, it offers beautiful living spaces with exposed stonework, beams and vaulted ceilings, and a pleasant natural coolness in summer (fans available if required). The house has 3 staircases secured by handrails and numerous steps typical of this type of old house. First floor (accessed via 5 steps): convivial living room with TV, sofa bed (sleeps 2), hi-fi system, library, desk and board games. First floor: 2 bedrooms (140x190) (2x90x190), shower room with toilet. Level -1: fitted kitchen, WC. Level -2: laundry room. Outside, just for you: 30m² enclosed courtyard with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and boules. Please note that, as is often the case in hilltop villages, parking is approximately 100m from the house (Public parking lot) and there is no garden.
