Detached house with enclosed garden. Courtyard with garden furniture, deckchairs, plancha/barbecue, Kids swing. Private swimming pool (open May-September, weather permitting, unheated, 8x3m, 1m5 deep, flat, secured by tarpaulin).

First floor: rustic kitchen opening onto the living room with TV lounge area (sofa bed 1x160), dining area, (decorative fireplace), storeroom with washing machine, shower room/WC (Italian shower), two adjoining bedrooms, ideal for a family (access to the second bedroom via the first), each with a double bed (1x160) and (1x160). The second bedroom has a private bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet).

Parking available in the courtyard (2 to 3 spaces max) and public parking spaces on the street in front of the Holiday cottage. Located on the edge of the D96 (busy road).
