In the early 19th century, a master stonemason had this building constructed using stone he quarried himself very close to St. Restitut. Here, stone is everywhere. It keeps the house cool in the summer, quiet at night, and shapes the home’s atmosphere.
As soon as you enter, the solid wood door sets the tone. Then your gaze is drawn to the spiral staircase made of cut stone, which elegantly winds its way up to the other two levels. The blend of old-world charm and modern comfort is perfect: a modern kitchen that opens onto the living area, air-conditioned bedrooms for cool, restful nights in the summer, and light-filled rooms that invite you to relax.

The holiday cottage is in the heart of Saint-Restitut. You’ll enjoy a small private village garden just 40 meters from the holiday cottage, perfect for al fresco lunches and dinners. In the morning, you’ll run into the locals. In the evening, you can hear the village life slow down. Saint-Restitut has a rare quality: it’s lively all year round without losing its identity. Everything you need is within walking distance: a restaurant, a café, a terrace, a few shops, but above all, a typically Provençal atmosphere. The village’s light-colored stones catch the light differently depending on the time of day and the season.
Settle into a shaded terrace, let yourself be lulled by the whisper of the wind in the cypress trees, and savor some artisanal ice cream in the village square.

Just a few steps from the holiday cottage, the hills, hiking trails, mountain bike trails, and panoramic views of the Rhône Valley invite you to explore and reflect. Set out to explore the troglodyte village of Barry.
Here, days unfold without a schedule: stroll through the Market in Saint Paul Trois Châteaux, pop into a winery for an impromptu tasting. Then hit the road again, drive through the quintessential landscapes of Drôme Provençale, and stop in Clansayes or Grignan, where the stones, once again, tell a different story.

Ground floor: cozy living room with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and sitting area (sofas), pellet stove, TV, and small office.
First floor: one bedroom with a double bed (1x160) and TV, a shower room with toilet.
Second floor: two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1x140) (1x140), a bathroom with toilet. Washing machine and dryer in the hallway.
All bedrooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning.

In front of the holiday cottage, there is a small terrace with outdoor furniture.
An enclosed village garden is accessible on the side street 40 m from the holiday cottage. You’ll have access to garden furniture, sun loungers, and a gas grill.
Parking is available 20 m from the holiday cottage on Place du 14 Juillet. You can unload your car in front of the holiday cottage.
