Valence and Romans sur Isère are 20 minutes away. Valence offers a multitude of tourist sites, museums, parks and restaurants. Romans-sur-Isère is famous for its International Shoe Museum and Marques Avenue.

This freshly renovated gîte is just a few meters from the owners' house. It adjoins a vacant dwelling. The entrance is independent and there is no facing building. The enclosed courtyard is planted with trees and has a table and chairs. The gîte is on the first floor (outside stairs, 10 steps). On the 1st floor, there is a small terrace with table and chairs. Entrance is via the living room, which features a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and TV lounge. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned. Two bedrooms each with a double bed (1x160) (1x140), a shower room (Italian shower, washbasin, washing machine), independent suspended toilet. Garden furniture is set out on the grass next to the entrance, with a superb view of the Vercors. You'll hear a stream running below. Parking on the property. Golf St Didier 3kms away.
