The gîte is built on part of a farmhouse, adjoining the owners' home. The entrance is independent and not overlooked. First floor: kitchen, TV lounge, living room with dining area and sitting area (wood-burning stove), direct access to the terrace from these rooms. Shower room with Italian shower (grab bar and seat), separate toilet, veranda with dining area in winter. First floor: three bedrooms, each with a double bed (1x160) (1x160) (1x160) and one bedroom with two double beds (1x140 + 1x120), indep. wc, bathroom (bath, washbasin). Private terrace with breathtaking countryside views, garden furniture and relaxation area, private above-ground pool (3x5.5m, May to Sept, weather permitting). Unenclosed grounds, parking below (access via steps), car unloading possible in front of the gîte. Table tennis and gas barbecue available.
