Pushing open the front door reveals a beautifully manicured courtyard planted with flowers, a fully-equipped summer kitchen (barbecue, electric hob and oven, sink) and an unobstructed view of the mountains and Countryside. In the south-east of the Drôme Provençale, close to the border with the Hautes-Alpes, Montguers is a small village typical of Provence, known for its lavender cultivation, and which has managed to preserve its tranquility and its thirty or so year-round inhabitants. You're in the Parc Naturel des Baronnies Provençales, in the upper Ouvèze valley, 20 minutes from Buis-les-Baronnies and Montbrun-les-Bains. Remarkable places, rich in heritage and history. The Col de Perty road also offers panoramic views of Mont Ventoux, known here as the Giant of Provence, and the Hautes Alpes.

Zoé's house is attached to the owners' home, but has its own entrance and private terrace (3 steps). First floor: living room with dining area, sofa and TV, kitchen, laundry/utility room, shower room with Italian shower, separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (1x140) and balcony, the other with two single beds (2x90). Sheltered parking. Table tennis available.
