In the heart of the Provencal countryside, between Nyons and Vaison-la-Romaine, straddling the Drôme Provençale and the Vaucluse, come and relax in the small village of Mérindol-les-Oliviers opposite Mont Ventoux. An 18th-century stone house, La Maison de Rosine is a haven of peace for families and lovers alike. Nestled in the heights amidst vineyards and olive groves, you'll feel right at home and be seduced by the authentic Provencal ambience combined with modern comforts. A pleasant change of scenery guaranteed. Ideal for sports enthusiasts (cycling, Hiking, climbing) and nature lovers (medieval and Roman City of Vaison, lavender fields, Provencal markets, Baronnies rocks, festivals).
Rosine's house has many assets, and is sure to appeal to couples and families who come and return to enjoy the peace and quiet. The house is laid out as follows: a spacious living room with old-fashioned charm, comprising a dining room and rustic kitchen accessible by a staircase, a living room that brings coherence and modernity without breaking with the spirit of the place, with direct access to the terrace overlooking a magnificent panorama of Mont Ventoux. Two bedrooms (1x140) (2x90), a shower room with toilet (access via three steps). For your exclusive use: enclosed garden and laundry room with washing machine. A second shower and toilet can be accessed from the covered terrace, which offers a convivial space for quiet meals. This gîte is close to the owner's home and two other gîtes, as well as the painter's studio, which can be visited.

Annette Heerlijk verblijf met een geweldig balkon!
We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Merindols-les-Oliviers. De gite ligt heerlijk rustig en heeft een prachtig uitzicht aan de achterzijde. Zelfs in december hebben we op het balkon kunnen genieten van de zon en het uitzicht op het dal en de Mont Ventoux. Jacqueline is attent en reageert snel. Voor onze hond werd snel een bak water neergezet toen we aankwamen na een lange rit. Het huisje is heel sfeervol ingericht en alles werkt. De keuken is klein, maar in (meer dan) alles is voorzien. Ook in de winter is het hier heerlijk vertoeven. In de omgeving is van alles te doen. Leuke plaatsen en marktjes. Ook op actief gebied verveel je je hier niet snel. We hebben heerlijk gewandeld en geklommen in de buurt. Als we in de gelegenheid zijn, komen we graag een keer terug!

Famille cocoflow Paisible séjour à merindol
Très agréable séjour à la maison de Rosine avec nos enfants de 2 et 6 ans, maison bien équipée, confortable même avec du temps froid.
Accueil charmant par la propriétaire.
La vue est incroyable, sur les champs de vigne aux couleurs d'automne et le jardin magnifique.
Bel emplacement pour découvrir la région (Vaison la romaine, Nyons, buis les baronnies).

Bart eb Barbara Fantastisch uitzicht
Heerlijk adres. Fantastisch uitzicht op Mont Ventoux vanaf het balkonterras. Binnen was het door alle warmte niet meer heel koel te krijgen, maar met de ventilator toch heel goed te doen. Buiten 36, binnen 25, overdag. Keuken erg goed uitgerust. Erg mooie omgeving. Vlakbij een beek, waar erg lekker in te zwemmen was. Veel privacy. Een aanrader.
