In the heart of the Baronnies Provençales Regional Nature Park, 30 minutes from Nyons, Vaison-la-Romaine, and Montbrun-les-Bains, on the border with the Vaucluse department. The holiday cottage is located in the center of the village of Buis-Les-Baronnies, just a stone’s throw from all amenities (shops, restaurants, a Cinema, and the market square, where you can stroll and discover local Provençal specialties: the market is held on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The public Piscine is an 8-minute walk away (600 m).

For sports enthusiasts, there are dizzying cliffs to explore, or Mont Ventoux for tireless cyclists. Buis-les-Baronnies is surrounded by mountains and rocky outcrops that dot the landscape.

It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities and a change of scenery (mountain biking, hiking, canyoning, rock climbing, a via ferrata on the north face of Saint Julien, swimming along the Ouvèze River (depending on water levels), the Toulourenc Gorges scenic route…).

The holiday cottage is a three-story semi-detached house:

- Ground floor: entryway, fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with a china cabinet and a large wooden dining table; access to the patio and garden from the kitchen. Laundry room: sink, washing machine, dryer, separate toilet.
- First floor: bathroom (shower)/toilet, 1 bedroom: 1 double bed (160x200) or 2 single beds (80x200), and a lounge area with TV.
- Second floor: shower room/toilet, 2nd bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) or 2 single beds (80x200), 3rd bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) or 2 single beds (80x200).

Located right in the heart of the village, the house lets you enjoy the local atmosphere. The restaurant across the street sometimes livens up the street in the evenings thanks to its patio; some conversation may be heard until around midnight, especially during the high season.
