The house is ideally located just 1 hour from Lyon and Grenoble, between the Rhône and Isère valleys. In a tranquil setting, it boasts a 4-hectare exterior, a swimming pool with unobstructed views of the hills and the Vercors as far as the eye can see, and a host of fine features. No more early-morning hustle and bustle, even on vacation, as each room has its own shower and toilet. A gîte for slowing down, relaxing, lounging by the pool (heated from June to September) and taking the time to visit. Within a 10 to 40-minute radius: the Palais Idéal du facteur Cheval in Hauterives, the Abbaye de Saint-Antoine, Lac de Champos, the Bois des Roches qui Dansent, Romans-sur-Isère and Valence, and the village is within walking distance of the house.

The house is laid out over 3 levels, with a flowing layout conducive to tranquility. On the first floor, a 1st entrance opens onto the kitchen, living room and sitting area, which opens onto the covered terrace, a genuine outdoor living space. A 2nd entrance leads to a ground-floor bedroom with disabled access (160x200, shower room and toilet). A 3rd entrance leads to the laundry room and 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, including 2 family rooms, each with walk-in shower and toilet. First floor: 1 bedroom (2x90 or 180x200). 1st floor: 1 bedroom (2x90 or 180x200), 1 bedroom (2x90 or 180x200 + 1x90). 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (2x90 or 180x200), attached to Paul's house but with its own entrance. Swimming pool (5x12m) heated from June to September, 1m40 deep, with 25cm deep paddling pool (open from 9am to 9pm), ideal for volleyball. The facility is under camera surveillance for security reasons.
