Would you like to get together with family or friends? Then you've come to the right place in the Drôme, in the Dieulefit-Bourdeaux region, 2km from the small village of Vesc! La maison de Nine is a former 18th-century barn that has been completely redesigned and renovated into a unique and exceptional contemporary family home. While retaining its rustic, authentic character, Sophie's ambitious, modern restoration now accommodates up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. We love: the beautiful, tastefully renovated house, the shade of the lime tree, the stream that just begs to be tapped, the all-inclusive service, beds made up on arrival, the peace and quiet and the proximity to nature! In the village: Sunday morning market and Michelin-starred restaurant. In La Paillette (5km) bakery/grocery/restaurant/newspapers, swimming pool 10km away (Bourdeaux and Dieulefit), hiking trails from the gîte.

First floor: kitchen, 60m² living room, corridor (1 step) leading to 1 bedroom (140x190), 1 shower room, 1 toilet. On the 1st floor, in 2 separate areas: on one side (13 steps) 1 bedroom with mezzanine (160x200, 90x190 only as extra and for Kids); on the other side (13 steps) a corridor leads to 1 bedroom (sofa bed 160cm, desk, door to terrace), 1 shower room, 1 wc. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom of 20m² (160x200). Outside: 2 shaded terraces, semi-enclosed south-facing courtyard with gate, 1 private parking space for the exclusive use of the Holiday cottage and 2 shared parking spaces with neighbors. Other parking spaces are available in the village 2km away. The thickness of the walls and the altitude mean that the coolness is much appreciated in summer. Our 4-legged friends are welcome, but we ask that owners pick up after their pets. Respecting this rule will ensure a pleasant vacation for all.
