Looking for something out of the ordinary? Come and enjoy an unusual and original experience in this charming gîte set in a historic castle. Built in the 16th century, remodeled in the 18th and sold during the French Revolution, Château de Lachau is a stronghold of this charming little village. Located in the Parc naturel des Baronnies Provençales, at the crossroads of the Drôme, Hautes-Alpes and Alpes de Haute Provence, La Maison de Jeanne is ideally situated for visiting the region. Two nearby buildings: the Romanesque church of N-D de Calma, and the Riable tower (perched keep). You'll enjoy a peaceful, restful stopover in the Méouge valley, a remarkably well-preserved area. The Méouge gorges are waiting to be discovered: waterholes, waterfalls, fine sand and pebbles, Roman bridges. The perfect place to relax, swim, hike or kayak. Numerous hiking and mountain-biking trails. Fête votive around August 15. Montbrun-les-Bains thermal baths 25km away.
La Maison de Jeanne is located on the 1st floor of the château, which includes other dwellings: entrance hall, living room with sitting area and kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (140x190) (140x190), one with shower room and toilet. On the first floor, a small enclosed garden is reserved for you.

Alice Un accueil chaleureux dans un village charmant
Bernadette nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de convivialité dans son gîte au sein du magnifique château de Lachau. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un excellent séjour, l’accès au petit jardin est idéal pour passer de douces soirées d’été.
Le village est très beau et à proximité du site des gorges de la Méouge.

J'ai tellement aimé votre façon de faire vivre ce gîte en utilisant le jardin, la cuisine et ses ustensiles, le fameux lave linge. Oui le gîte a vraiment vécu à votre rythme et je vous en remercie !!!! Que du bohneur.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans la maison de Jeanne. La fraicheur du château est très appréciable par forte chaleur. Bernadette la propriétaire est très disponible si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit. Nous recommandons ce gîte sans hésiter.

Nickipa Séjour en Drôme
Nous avons apprécié de séjourner dans un lieu historique accueillis par une propriétaire très sympathique. Le mobilier est ancien mais confortable. De nombreux produits de première nécessité sont à disposition dans la cuisine
