In the Countryside at the foot of the Drôme Vercors mountains, 10 minutes from Romans and Valence, 7 minutes from the TGV train station, your comfortable and very spacious 112 m² gîte, built in 2008 in a former silkworm nursery (adjoining the owner's house), offers you the possibility of enjoying a charming small terrace on the south side, giving access to the landscaped grounds, and a large terrace with garden on the north side, from which you can admire the breathtaking view of the Vercors in complete peace and quiet (no vis-à-vis).
Well-equipped (including wifi with fiber), your Holiday cottage benefits from a privileged, peaceful location in a green setting, close to shops (2.5 km) and all amenities. You'll be able to recharge your batteries, enjoy nearby Hiking and discover the region: Drôme des collines, Drôme provençale, Isère, Ardèche, etc. We'll be delighted to share our favorites with you! In summer, you can relax by the Piscine and its Beach.
First floor: fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, storage cupboard, coffeemakers (filter + Nespresso), toaster, kettle, etc., large dining room with sitting area (2 large sofas, coffee table, TV), toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 1 with a 160cm bed, 1 with a 140cm bed, 1 with 2 90cm beds (blankets), bathroom with walk-in shower, wc. A large, unoverlooked main terrace with outdoor table and chairs, barbecue, small table, sun loungers depending on the weather. A small terrace with a small table and 4 chairs. Electric and aerothermal underfloor heating. Centralized vacuuming. Access to the owner's bowling green and swings. Possibility of securely storing your equipment (roof box, bicycles, etc.). Large secure swimming pool (5x10m) on site, with unobstructed view of the Vercors and sun loungers available, to be shared with the owner (accessible from mid-May to mid-September, weather permitting). Marine Un séjour au top niveau
L’accueil fu très chaleureux et le séjour un régal ! Le côté terrasse-barbecue sans vis à vis avec le barbecue offre une vue incroyable. Le gîte est spacieux et très bien équipé. La piscine est très grande et agréable.

Kity Coin de paradis en Drôme
2ème séjour dans ce beau gîte au milieu de la campagne et proche du Vercors. Très bon accueil par des propriétaires charmants et très serviables.
Le cadre de la maison est un très beau parc et la piscine très agréable.

Barry Wonderful location and very nice holiday home
Very nice holiday home at a very good location.
House is very large and fully equipped. Nice swimming pool of a good size. Owners are very warm and welcome.
If I have to say one thing to improve it would be the sunbeds at the pool. They are not very comfortable and the nails of the floor are loose. This could be dangerous.
For the rest a very good place to spend your holiday. Don't hesitate and just book this house.

Fam uit Dordrecht Prachtig huis in de Drome
Het is een prachtig huis met een heel mooi overdekt zwembad, wat helemaal open kan. Het zwembad deel je met de eigenaren die ook op het perceel wonen. Het huis is goed uitgerust met servies, oven, vaatwasser, wasmachine e.d. en zeer schoon!
De eigenaren hebben ontzettend veel informatie verzameld wat er in de omgeving te doen is. De supermarkt is op 8 minuten rijden.
Vanaf de tuin heb je een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Het enige wat misschien een nadeel is dat je aan het eind van de dag niet meer in de zon zit, maar dit is misschien wel weer fijn als het heel warm is. Wij verbleven er in juli en toen was er een harde koude wind waardoor we 's avonds niet buiten konden zitten. Maar overall een fantastisch huis om in te verblijven.- Cleanliness
