LA LAUZE ET LE TERRIER

In the charming commune of Lesches-en-Diois, at an altitude of 1050m, LA LAUZE ET LE TERRIER offers a true escape to the essential. With no TV or WiFi, it invites you to immerse yourself in an authentic atmosphere. Nestled in the heart of Valdrôme, this detached house boasts a large south-facing terrace.
There's something for everyone in this region. Nature lovers can enjoy the many hiking and mountain biking trails starting from the gîte. For the more adventurous, Lesches-en-Diois is renowned for its paragliding flights from the Puy mountain, 4 km away. The panorama from up there is breathtaking!
15 minutes away, discover the Claps, a spectacular rockfall in the Drôme river. A water reservoir in summer, where you can cool off in the shade of the pine trees and admire the Drôme jump. It's also an ideal climbing spot, with over 120 routes for all levels and a via ferrata.

Access to the gîte is via a large south-facing terrace, reached by three steps. Through the entrance, you'll find a kitchen opening onto the living room, with no TV or WiFi (4G coverage). The owners have a wide range of board games at your disposal.

After three more steps, a corridor leads to three bedrooms. The first is a single room with a 120x190 bed, while the second can accommodate two people in a 140x190 bed. Finally, the last bedroom has a 120x190 bed. Please note that, although comfortable, the bedrooms are modest in size (approx. 6.5m² each).

A bathroom with shower and WC complete this floor.

During your stay, you'll benefit from an all-inclusive service (towels + cleaning + sheets) included in the rental price, and a closed cellar for all your sports equipment.
