In the heart of Drôme provençale and the Baronnies, La Gravelière offers an exceptional view of the Caire rock. Surrounded by its garden and vineyards, our villa's outdoor amenities include a private swimming pool, a relaxation area, a summer lounge, a south-facing terrace and a covered terrace with barbecue.
It's an ideal location for Tour de France fans, as it's close to Mont Ventoux, which can be reached by various bicycle routes.
It's also an ideal location for nature lovers, as it boasts a unique ornithological site in Europe dedicated to vultures. Finally, you'll find a whole range of activities for young and old to make your stay unforgettable!
Detached house located on the heights of a quiet residential area.
First floor: living room with kitchen/lounge and TV area (wood-burning stove), bedroom with double bed (1x160), shower room, separate toilet, veranda with sitting area.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, one with two single beds or a double bed (2x80 or 1x160), another with a double bed and two single beds including a bunk bed (1x160, 2x90 bunk beds), a third with a double bed and a single bed (1x160,1x90) and the last with a double bed (1x160), bathroom (with shower, bath, wc).
Private outdoor Piscine heated from May to October (4x8m, 1m5 deep, fenced and alarmed). South-facing terrace and sheltered east-facing terrace.
Bike room. Parking on the property (numerous Location).
Deposit to be paid before arrival by cheque or bank transfer.

5/5Très belle maison spacieuse, bien organisée avec différents lieux pour se réunir ou être au calme au soleil !
Les enfants ont vraiment une salle de jeux et peuvent faire des parties de ping-pong ou de pétanque.

Un beau lieu, un beau souvenir !
5/5Une demeure vaste, avec de nombreux espaces permettant plusieurs activités simultanées: nous avons apprécié cette maison et son environnement. Bel accueil, bel équipement, on s'y trouve comme chez soi très vite ! Même quand on est un groupe de 11 adultes !
