LA GRANGE O'LOUP

At the foot of the Vercors Regional Nature Park, 20 min from Romans-sur-Isère and 30 min from Valence, the Grange O'Loup is an 18th-century stone building. A former farm building, it evolved over time before being completely renovated some ten years ago, after three years of work. Known as "La Grange au Loup" since the 60's, then synonymous with festivities and conviviality, we have chosen to preserve this name steeped in history. Now a summer and winter vacation home, it offers every comfort in a warm and welcoming setting, with top-quality amenities. The house is ideally located for hiking and walking, as well as superb cycling routes and sites of interest such as the Saint-Didier Golf course, 4 km away. In the village: grocery store-bistro-bar, pizza vending machine, playground, walking trails and Orfeuille park (picnic, games, skatepark, BMX). Valence-TGV train station (20min).

First floor: modern, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto terrace and garden, practical room with storeroom/laundry room/wc. 1st floor: attractive 60m² living room with smart TV, wood-burning stove, library, board games, convertible sofa that can be used for sleeping on request. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (2x90 or 1x180, shower, wc) (2x90 or 1x180, bath, wc) (160x200cm) (2x140x190cm as Bunk beds), separate shower room (Italian shower), separate wc. Outside, just for you and without vis-à-vis: 20m² shaded terrace facing south-east with unobstructed view, shaded parking with electric gate, enclosed grounds, heated swimming pool (7x4m, mid-April to late September), pétanque. The Holiday cottage is linked to our house by a central section housing a well that once supplied both houses. For the little ones: high chairs, Umbrella beds, bathtub, changing mat. For your comfort: Bed linen provided, beds made!
