Perched in the hills, this Holiday cottage offers a breathtaking view of the Rhone Valley countryside. The sunsets are splendid!

This fully-renovated former farmhouse of character lets you enjoy the peace and quiet of the Countryside, while being close to local attractions and easy to reach. The accommodation is spacious, bright and tastefully decorated.
You can choose to go Hiking in the surrounding hills, taste the local wines (Vineyard de l'Hermitage) and enjoy the many regional specialties (pogne, ravioles, caillette...). Cultural and leisure activities are also plentiful. Don't miss a visit to Facteur Cheval's Palais idéal and the Cité du Chocolat. You can also cycle along the Via Rhôna. Tain and Tournon are 10 minutes away by car, Valence and Romans sur Isère 25 minutes (International Shoe Museum, Marque Avenue). The Holiday cottage is halfway between the Ardèche and Royans-Vercors regions.

First floor, all on one level: entrance via living room, equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed (1x140), TV. Access to terrace. Bathroom and toilet accessible for disabled people (Italian shower).
Upstairs: two attic bedrooms, one with a double bed or two single beds (1x180 or 2x90), the other with a double bed (1x160) and an extra bed (1x140).

All rooms have reversible air conditioning with thermostat.
Private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Petanque court shared with the other Holiday cottage.
Parking on the property, including a sheltered parking space. This is an old farmhouse with numerous outbuildings, Kids to look after.
