Between the Valence plain and the Drôme valley, and between the Ardèche and the foothills of the Vercors, our central location is ideal for exploring this small part of France and its major tourist attractions. There are a thousand places to discover. City center, markets, picturesque villages, plenty of Hiking opportunities. In the village: bakery, hairdresser, bar-tabac. Parc de Lorient (5min), Upie Zoo (10min), Réserve naturelle de la gare des Ramières (15min), Tropical Aquarium (15min), Etoile Park 26 (15min), Jardin des trains Ardéchois (20min), Valence's squares and terraces. Access: Valence-Sud toll booth 10min away, Valence-City and Valence-TGV train stations 20min away.

La Grande Chêneraie is an air-conditioned vacation home (living room and bedrooms). It adjoins our second Holiday cottage, but has its own entrance and unoverlooked outdoor space. Its agency: the entrance hall opens onto a pleasant, bright, air-conditioned living room of almost 40m², where the kitchen opens onto the lounge, veranda and 1 WC. The corridor (7 steps) leads to the 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (160x200, dressing room) (2x90x190) (2x90x190), shower room with shower and infrared sauna, 1 WC. Outside: 15,000m² property, on-site parking, south-facing terrace with vine-covered pergola, garden. To be shared with guests of the second Holiday cottage: the Piscine, open from May to September, oval-shaped with relaxing bench (3.5x8m, depth 1.1 to 1.70m, secured by a shelter).
