The village of Sahune is located in Drôme provençale, 20 minutes from Nyons, Rémuzat and the Pas de Ondes Lake. You'll be in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Baronnies Provençales!
On the program: discover the heritage of this region, its olive and wine-growing land, its flora and fauna (vultures, aromatic plants, Mediterranean and alpine vegetation), visit the perched and medieval villages and winding gorges. And don't forget the many mountain bike and hiking excursions and swimming opportunities.
The Holiday cottage is 400m from the village center and shops.
Detached house overlooking a small residential area at the entrance to the village of Sahune.
On the first floor (raised by 2 steps) are: living room with dining area and sitting area (sofa, armchairs, TV, wood-burning stove), fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, separate toilet, shower room (Italian shower), laundry room and access to garage, 1 bedroom with 1 single 90cm bed.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (160cm) each, both with direct access to the upstairs terrace, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm)), separate WC, shower/bathroom (bath, shower, washbasin).
Outside (first floor level): two terraces with garden furniture, one of which is covered, with views of the surrounding mountains.
Garage available. Parking on the property. Enclosed grounds, part of which is planted with trees.

Aanrader Schitterend verblijf in een prachtige omgeving.
Als U op zoek bent naar een rustig verblijf in een schitterende omgeving, waar men alles heeft (winkel, bakker, restaurant) op korte afstand dan is de Gradine een voltreffer. Een gezellige woning voorzien van alle comfort. Het huis heeft een overdekt terras, op warme dagen leuk om te vertoeven. Het uitzicht is weergaloos. Je kan hier eindeloos wandelen omgeven door het gezang van de vogels, het gefladder van vlinders, het geluid van de cicades....Mooie dorpjes in de nabije omgeving. Een bezoekje aan de gierenrots van St. May is de kers op de taart. Iets om nooit te vergeten. Je waant je elke dag God in Frankrijk. Alleen jammer dat er ook een eind aan komt.

Coco Vacances printemps 2024
Site calme, beau panorama, idéal pour profiter de la nature, randonner. Malheureusement, une météo pluvieuse tout au long de notre séjour nous a limité dans nos excursions. Le gîte est quant à lui parfait, spacieux, très bien équipé. A recommander en famille ou entre amis.

Jutta Traumhaft schönes Haus mit allem Komfort
Sehr nette, unkomplizierte Vermieter. Das Haus ist ein Traum, von der Einrichtung über die Lage, das Grundstück.... einfach perfekt. Unbedingt empfehlenswert, wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Anne Super gîte
Un super accueil de la propriétaire qui donne plein de bons conseils de visites dans le coin. Un gîte chaleureux et aménagé avec goût. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut,c'est parfait ! Et on peut même admirer des vautours tournoyer au dessus de nos têtes !

Alb Très bon séjour
Excellent séjour dans le Gîte de Johanne et Philippe. Propreté irréprochable, beaucoup de jeux pour les familles disponibles, literie confortable et chauffage au sol (pratique avec des bébés !). A proximité de beaux villages et de belles promenades. Je recommande sans réserve !
