This spacious, fully-equipped Holiday cottage is located in the heart of the Baronnies Provençales Regional Nature Park, facing the Forest Domaniale and 5 minutes from Buis-les-Baronnies.
The village of Propiac-les-Bains has been renowned for its natural hot springs (chloride springs) since the Middle Ages, and even longer... From the village, at 1910 m, the Mont Ventoux rises up before you.
This Holiday cottage, with its rustic Provencal charm, authentic materials, warm atmosphere and agricultural setting, will immerse you in the real life here: the scents of the garrigue, the gentle countryside and the great outdoors.
If you're into outdoor sports, this is the place to be: mountain biking, hiking or cycling, it's all possible. Buis-les-Baronnies is also known for its Provencal Market. And if you're into old stone, Vaison-la-Romaine is less than 30 minutes away by car.
Holiday cottage adjoining a year-round dwelling, separate entrance, not overlooked. Raised first floor, access via 7 steps.
Entrance via living room: dining area, corner sofa, TV, fireplace (insert), kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds (2x90), the other with a double bed (1x140), bathroom, separate toilet.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with double bed (1x140), bathroom/wc.
Garden opposite the Holiday cottage, 5 meters away, with garden furniture. Piscine to share (10x4m, depth 1m4) open from May to the end of September, opening hours 10am to 8pm. Although accessible to the resident tenant and the owner's family, priority is given to you: they never occupy the Piscine while you're enjoying it.
Reversible air conditioning in the living room.
Farm building available for storage of bicycles, roof boxes, etc. Fenced pond (water tank) on the property.
This Holiday cottage is not equipped for people with reduced mobility.

Ce gîte est un vrai coup de cœur : confortable, propre et parfaitement équipé. L’accueil était chaleureux, et les petites attentions (produits de l’exploitation) très appréciées. Idéalement situé pour visiter la région tout en profitant du calme. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Na Des vacances inoubliables
Gîte bien situé dans une belle nature et proche de Buis. Le propriétaire est accueillant et a su être réactif quand nous en avions besoin. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter pour profiter a nouveau du lieu et de la piscine avec les enfants!

PerrineO Agréable séjour dans la Drôme Pronvençale
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille lors des vacances de printemps 2026. L'emplacement du gîte est optimal car situé à une petite dizaine de minutes de Buis les Baronnies et au calme. Le logement était spacieux et très propre, le propriétaire a eu la gentillesse de nous mettre à disposition un lit bébé ainsi qu'une chaise haute. De plus le propriétaire s'est montré très réactif à nos différentes demandes.
Il est néanmoins à noter que le téléphone portable capte très mal dans le logement (et pas de WiFi), ce fut donc l'occasion de lire ou de faire des soirées jeux de société. Une petite route passe en bas du gîte mais elle est peu fréquentée donc elle ne dérange nullement.

Jihel Gite agreable et bien situé
Gite agréable et très propre avec une bonne séparation des zones nuits et jour. Très bon accueil.
Bien situé prés de Buis les Baronnies avec à proximité les gorges du Toulourenc et le Ventoux d'un coté, les dentelles de Montmirail et Vaison la Romaine de l'autre- Cleanliness
