It's our house, an old renovated farmhouse now transformed into a charming Holiday cottage with top-of-the-range facilities, designed for soloists, duos, lovers and professionals, without compromising on comfort or atmosphere. It's a place where you want to share unique moments in life, and we strive to make the inside as soothing as the outside. We want our guests to feel at home. A quiet location in the Roman Countryside, perfect for getting away from it all. La ferme des Paillanches is laid out over 2 levels as follows: first floor: kitchen (modern, fitted and fully equipped for those who like to cook, central island, computer, immediate access to the terrace), living room (2 steps) which we call "La Chapelle" because of its glass passageway and high ceiling of almost 5m, shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs: office area, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (160x200cm) (2x90x200cm), shower room with Italian shower, separate wc. Outside, just for you: 5,000m² of wooded grounds where you can relax, read, sunbathe or take a siesta, east-facing terrace (table, chairs, bench, hammock, parasol, BBQ), parking. To share with us: swimming pool with soft, rounded corners (open according to weather from mid-May to mid-September, 11 a.m.-8 p.m., 1.20 m deep throughout, secured by a gate), garage (you have 2 parking spaces), laundry room, recharging point for hybrid or electric vehicles (extra).
