LA FERME DE MICHON

Located in Livron-sur-Drôme, La Ferme de Michon is the ideal place to discover a region rich in nature, flavors and heritage. Just a few minutes away, the old village of Haut-Livron reveals its picturesque streets and exceptional views over the Rhône. Walkers will appreciate the paths that wind around the Crêtes du Brézème, where terraced vineyards, unspoilt landscapes and breathtaking panoramas come together.
Not far from here, the Printegarde nature reserve and the Ramières reserve offer a complete immersion in a wilderness where you can observe migratory birds, beavers and exceptional flora.
For the more active, the valley can be explored by bike or mountain bike, between historic canals, hills and bucolic paths.

The Holiday cottage is a magnificent farmhouse dating from 1850, built of Rhone pebbles and completely renovated to offer comfort, authenticity and modernity.
The 180 m² house opens onto a vast 2000 m² garden.
The large 50 m² living room includes a fully-equipped kitchen, with a large 4-meter table that can seat up to 16 guests. Adjoining is the living room, with sofa, armchairs and sofa bed.
The 5 bedrooms all feature quality bedding:
3 bedrooms with 160×200 or 2×80×200 beds + a 90×190 bed
1 bedroom with bed 160×200 + baby bed
1 bedroom with 180×200 or 2×90×200 bed + a 90×190 bed
There are also 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, double basins and 2 WCs.
An old renovated cellar serves as a laundry room, with washing machine, tumble dryer and a 2nd refrigerator. Leisure facilities include a gaming room with table soccer and table tennis.
