Set in a former 19th-century farmhouse (1844) dedicated to silk production, this gîte offers a beautiful view of the Vercors massif. La Ferme de l'Aube is ideally located for exploring and taking advantage of all the activities on offer in the Drôme des Collines region. A wide range of hiking and biking trails, including the Viarhôna, local culinary specialties (ravioles, pognes) or shopping in the Marques-Avenue factory outlets. Factor Cheval's Palais Idéal is just 30 minutes away by car, and the Cité du Chocolat Valrhôna just 20 minutes.

Air-conditioned apartment with private access via a 12 m² wooden balcony terrace. On the 1st floor, living room with open-plan kitchen, lounge, TV room and separate toilet, as well as washing machine and storage space. Board games for adults and Kids, reading material for young and old.
