Set in a former 19th-century farmhouse (1844) dedicated to silk production, this gîte offers a beautiful view of the Vercors massif. La Ferme de l'Aube is ideally located for exploring and taking advantage of all the activities on offer in the Drôme des Collines region. A wide range of hiking and biking trails, including the Viarhôna, local culinary specialties (ravioles, pognes) or shopping in the Marques-Avenue factory outlets. Factor Cheval's Palais Idéal is just 30 minutes away by car, and the Cité du Chocolat Valrhôna just 20 minutes.
Air-conditioned apartment with private access via a 12 m² wooden balcony terrace. On the 1st floor, living room with open-plan kitchen, lounge, TV room and separate toilet, as well as washing machine and storage space. Board games for adults and Kids, reading material for young and old.
2nd floor: shower room with double basins, separate toilet, storage space and 3 air-conditioned bedrooms: - blue bedroom 11 m² with double bed (140cm) and possibility of adding a cot (wardrobe) - emerald bedroom 9 m² with double bed (140cm) (chest of drawers and desk) - Kids bedroom 7.50 m² with 2 single beds (90cm) (wardrobe) Outside: shaded garden with lounge, private bbq and plancha, outdoor games, table tennis, badminton, swings, sandpit.
Above-ground swimming pool 7.50x3.50m to be shared with owners, open from late May to late September. Equipment for young Kids: Umbrella bed with bedding, toilet adapter, booster seat for child and baby, baby crockery, installation of safety gate on bedroom floor.

Deutsche Familie Wunderschöne Ferien in Nord Drôme
Sehr sympathischer Empfang bei Ankunft von den sehr freundlichen Vermietern! Auch mit kleinen Geschenken, die sehr lecker wären! Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, in der alles perfekt ist, nichts fehlt,an alles gedacht wurde! Absolut top!! Die Klimaanlage hat sehr geholfen bei den Hitzetagen! Ein toller Pool, schöner Garten!
Schöne Unterhaltungen und hilfreiche Tipps der Vermieter für die Ausflüge oder Einkäufen.Da ist eine Unterkunft,in die viel Liebe gesteckt wird und das merkt man sofort !!

Gîte idéal, dans tous les critères. Clim', piscine, terrasse, jardin, calme, équipements... Rien à redire. Proche de commerces de qualité (boulangerie, primeur, boucher). Propriétaires fantastiques. Et on a pu visiter la région pendant deux semaines, que ce soit coté Vercors, Drôme, Ardèche... Gîte coup de cœur.
