LA FENIÈRE

Situated in the heart of Gervans, a pretty winegrowers' village perched between the Rhône river and the hillsides, this Holiday cottage is housed in an old stone and wood barn. You'll enjoy a large green space, and your Kids can look after the two hens in the house. If you like cycling, you're close to the Viarhôna. Just 10 minutes away is Tain l'Hermitage, famous for its Crozes and Hermitage vineyards and Valrhona chocolate factory. A Linaë aquatic center is also located in Tain. Tain freeway exit n°13 is 10 minutes away. Valence and Romans are 30min from the Holiday cottage, as is the ideal Palais du Facteur Cheval in Hauterives. The Peaugres safari park is a 30-minute drive away.

Holiday cottage adjoining the owner's house, independent entrance, not overlooked. Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto private terrace and wooded garden.
First floor: TV lounge area with balcony, shower room (Italian shower), separate toilet with washbasin, 3 bedrooms: one with two single beds (2x90), one with a double bed and a single bed (1x140 + 1x90) and one with a double bed (1x160), private shower room and toilet in bedroom and balcony, laundry room. Air-conditioning on the first floor of the bedrooms, in the hallway. To cool off, a Piscine shared with the owner is at your disposal (open from June to September, weather permitting, 10x4m, depth 1m3, fenced and secured by a shutter). Garden furniture and an electric plancha are also available. Parking on the property a few meters from the Holiday cottage entrance.
