Single-storey Holiday cottage located on the garden level of the owners' home. Independent access with electric gate and private parking. Built into the hillside, this Holiday cottage stays cool all summer long. Living room with open-plan kitchen opening onto the lounge. Separate night space: dressing room, shower room with double washbasin, separate toilet. 2 bedrooms of approx. 14 m2 each (2 x 90x200 beds that can be twinned to form a 180x200 double bed). 30 m2 terrace (S/O) with pergola. Shaded bowling green, saltwater swimming pool (8 m x 4 m) with underwater beach and electric shutter. Available from June to September, for the exclusive use of Holiday cottage guests (excluding visitors), Sunday to Friday.
