Come and discover these 2 guest rooms, harmoniously decorated by Olivier, in an old restored farmhouse ideally located on the Valence plain. Copious breakfasts are served in the spacious living room or on the terrace in summer. Come and recharge your batteries in the heart of the countryside. Valence, Romans and Crest are 20 minutes away. In the surrounding area, there are plenty of activities on offer. You can hike to the Monts du Matin or the foothills of the Vercors. Don't miss the circular village of Alixan, the Upie zoo, the Gare des Ramières or the Combe d'Oyans. You're just 15 minutes from the A49 and A7 motorways and the Valence-TGV train station. Don't forget to book your table d'hôtes 72 hours before your arrival (meals made with fresh produce from our local producers).

Garden level: 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed or two single beds (1x160 or 2x80), with private shower room and toilet. TV in each room and in the common room. The "Détente" room has an electric bed base. The 2 rooms are connected and can be combined to form a family room. Separate entrance. Private terrace. Garden furniture. Shared outdoor spaces. Enclosed courtyard and parking lot. Half-board available for stays of 3 nights minimum, please contact the owner. Piscine shared with the owner. Table d'hôtes on reservation at least 72 h before arrival (40€/pers). Every effort is made to ensure that your stay or visit is a success, the Piscine (10 x 4 m) is shared and heated from May to October (secured by a shutter), 1/2 hour SPA offered per room ... then €30 per half hour.
