You'll appreciate the peace and quiet of this property and the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains from the cottage's terrace.

Montjoux is a small village made up of 4 hamlets and located in the Parc naturel régional des Baronnies Provençales. Lavender fields, pastoral meadows and a few fields of wheat and sunflowers make up the landscape. Pine, oak and beech woods populate the hills above the village. The area is ideal for beautiful walks, hikes and bike rides.

Dieulefit is just 10 minutes away, a land of potters and a "City of Arts and Crafts", where you can stroll through the narrow streets of the old village and meet the local craftsmen. Grignan and its famous château are 20 minutes away, as is Bourdeaux. There are many hilltop villages in the area.

Detached house on the edge of a wood. Access to the Holiday cottage is via ten stone steps.

Entrance via a spacious, bright, air-conditioned living room with dining area and sitting area (sofa, armchairs, TV), fitted kitchen with dining table and chairs (air-conditioned), separate toilet, 2 bedrooms each with access to the east-facing terrace (140x190cm with remote-controlled electric slatted base, bath, toilet) (160x200cm, walk-in shower), separate toilet.

Arrival in Holiday cottage between 2.30pm and 6.30pm max. Unpaved carriage road for 100m. The property overlooks a river, and there is a steep slope in part of the grounds. Particular care is advised, especially with young Kids. Alarm and camera above front door, deactivated if Holiday cottage rented.
