Ideal for a break or a longer stay, this former farmhouse in the heart of the Countryside offers a peaceful yet easily accessible setting (20 min from N7/A7). Numerous walks are possible: banks of the Drôme, Brézème hills or ViaRhôna 6 km away. The medieval village of Allex, 3 km away, dominates the valley, with views of the Vercors, the pre-Alps and the Cévennes. In the village: two bakeries, post office, pizzeria, bar-tabac, health center, restaurant, mini-market, community café, library, Wednesday market, Les Ramières train station, aquarium and African art museum. The accommodation features cotton gauze bed linen and eco-responsible equipment (rainwater, solar water heater, pellet boiler, photovoltaic panels). The atypical layout and private bathroom in each room provide charm and independence. For Kids: 2 Umbrella beds, 3 high chairs, bathtub, potty and changing table.

La Casita is the smaller version of La Casa for 6 people only. On the first floor, you'll find a spacious living room with fully-equipped kitchen, lounge with open fireplace and direct access to the Piscine and relaxation area, as well as a toilet. Each bedroom has its own independent access and private bathroom for added privacy. First floor: 1 bedroom (160x200cm, shower, wc). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (140x190cm, shower wc) (160x200cm, corner bath, wc). Outside, just for you: enclosed courtyard, covered terrace, BBQ, parking, Spa and sauna (200€/stay). To share with us: Piscine (6x11m, max depth 1.5m, secured by alarm, open April/October, weather permitting), laundry room, 1 hectare unenclosed garden planted with trees. Activity room available on request. We live on site, but have taken care to orient and arrange the outside spaces so that everyone enjoys their privacy and comfort.
