Perfectly situated in the heart of unspoilt Countryside, this renovated former farmhouse is ideal for a break or longer stay. Just 20 minutes from the N7 and A7 motorways, it offers easy access while guaranteeing peace and quiet. The surrounding area is ideal for numerous walks. The village of Allex, 3 km away, has a charming medieval history and panoramic views of the Vercors and surrounding mountains. In the immediate vicinity: two bakeries, post office, pizzeria, bar-tabac, health center, restaurant, mini-market, community café, library, weekly Wednesday market, Les Ramières train station, aquarium and African arts museum. The accommodation offers meticulous comfort, with cotton gauze bed linen and eco-responsible installations (water recovery, solar power, pellets, photovoltaics). Baby equipment available: Umbrella beds, high chairs, bathtub, potty and changing table.

La Casa is a vacation home located in an old U-shaped farmhouse. The first floor features a vast 80 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, lounge with open fireplace and direct access to the Piscine and relaxation area, as well as a toilet. The Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 15 people thanks to 6 bedrooms for 2 to 4 people, all accessible from the courtyard, with private entrance and individual sanitary facilities. First floor: 3 bedrooms (160x200cm, shower, wc) (4x90x190cm, 2 on mezzanine, shower, wc) (4x90x190cm, 2 on mezzanine, shower, wc). Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (140x190cm, shower wc) (160x200cm, bath, wc) (160x200cm, 2x90x190cm, bath, shower, wc). Outside, just for you: enclosed courtyard, covered terrace, BBQ, parking, Spa and sauna (200€/stay). To share with us: Piscine (6x11m, max depth 1.5m, secured by alarm, open April/October, weather permitting), laundry room, 1 hectare unenclosed garden planted with trees. Activity room available on request. We live on site, but the exteriors have been laid out and oriented differently so that everyone can enjoy their own space in peace and quiet, while respecting everyone's privacy and comfort.
