The Holiday cottage is located below Vercoiran, nestled in the heart of the Baronnies Provençales. Come and discover a village of hamlets and farms on both banks of the Ouvèze, surrounded by breathtaking scenery, where calm and serenity reign supreme. Set off on adventurous Hiking trails offering breathtaking views of Mont Ventoux and the surrounding mountains. Cycling enthusiasts will love the varied routes. In summer, cool off in the crystal-clear waters of the Ouvèze gorges or go canoeing on the Drôme river. Don't miss the local markets in Buis-les-Baronnies, Nyons and Vaison, where you can sample the delights of Provencal gastronomy, including PDO olive oil and delicious goat's cheese. Explore the medieval streets of Montbrun-les-Bains and enjoy a relaxing session in its renowned Thermal baths. Vercoiran is the ideal destination for a rejuvenating and unforgettable vacation in the heart of Provence.
Owners Joël and Rosane have just finished renovating this Holiday cottage, located on the family property opposite their home. First floor: entrance hall with laundry area (washing machine) and bike storage. Upstairs: fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with dining area and sitting area (sofa bed 1x140), armchair, TV, bedroom with double bed (1x140) and shower room/wc opening onto the bedroom (washbasin, Italian shower, toilet). Direct access to the terrace from the living room, equipped with garden furniture, with breathtaking Mountain views. Just 200m from the Holiday cottage, a small path leads down to the Ouvèze river, ideal for swimming. Parking on the property (1-2 spaces). Adjoining a year-round rental, not overlooked. Bordering the D546 (busy road). On request: access to a motorcycle shed.

Julie et Clément À la découverte des barronies provençale
Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans les barronies, le gîte de la canarde a été un pied à terre formidable pour nous reposer entre des bonnes journées de randonnée et de visite des alentours (max 1 h de voiture autour du gîte).
Rosane et Joël nous ont accueilli à bras ouverts, dans un gîte refait à neuf, avec goût et tous les équipements nécessaires pour cuisiner et bien dormir.
On recommande fortement le gîte et la Drôme provençale

Jasper & Tina Beautifully renovated and good location
We spend about 10 days in this beautifully renovated getaway in the valley by Vercoiran. The renovation, done by the owner himself, with lots of eye for detail and creativity, it immediately makes you feel at home. We mostly cooked in the house in a great and extremely well equiped kitchen.
Great for hiking opportunities in the area, close to the nice town of Buis les Baronnies, for shopping, food and drinks while enough away from everything to guarantee a quiet holiday, despite the house being on the main road with passing cars.
We enjoyed our stay very much, also thanks to the owners who were incredibly kind and very welcoming. We could easily have spend more time there!

Excellent accueil par les propriétaires.
Gîte très bien équipé et très confortable.
Bien situé au coeur des Baronnies Provençales, à 8 kms de Buis les Baronnies.
Belles randonnées à proximité (Vercoiran) à pied et (ou) à vélo (col d' Ey,Col de Peyruergue)
De belles rencontres et de beaux échanges avec les habitants de la région(viticulteurs, producteurs d' olives, retraités...)- Cleanliness

Matthieu Un gîte pour couple incontournable
Vous serez chaleureusement accueilli par Rosane et Joël ! Les propriétaires sont très attentifs et ils ont aménagé ce gite comme si c'était leur maison. On s'y sent bien et il y a tout ce qu'il faut, et même plus, pour passer un agréable séjour.
On est proche de Buis les Baronnies mais suffisamment éloigné pour se sentir à l'écart.
Très proche, il y a l'Ouvèze pour tremper les pieds ou plus en fonction de la météo.
Vous l'aurez compris, ce gite va devenir un incontournable !
