Owners Joël and Rosane have just finished renovating this Holiday cottage, located on the family property opposite their home. First floor: entrance hall with laundry area (washing machine) and bike storage. Upstairs: fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with dining area and sitting area (sofa bed 1x140), armchair, TV, bedroom with double bed (1x140) and shower room/wc opening onto the bedroom (washbasin, Italian shower, toilet). Direct access to the terrace from the living room, equipped with garden furniture, with breathtaking Mountain views. Just 200m from the Holiday cottage, a small path leads down to the Ouvèze river, ideal for swimming. Parking on the property (1-2 spaces). Adjoining a year-round rental, not overlooked.
