The Holiday cottage is located below Vercoiran, nestled in the heart of the Baronnies Provençales. Come and discover a village of hamlets and farms on both banks of the Ouvèze, surrounded by breathtaking scenery, where calm and serenity reign supreme. Set off on adventurous Hiking trails offering breathtaking views of Mont Ventoux and the surrounding mountains. Cycling enthusiasts will love the varied routes. In summer, cool off in the crystal-clear waters of the Ouvèze gorges or go canoeing on the Drôme river. Don't miss the local markets in Buis-les-Baronnies, Nyons and Vaison, where you can sample the delights of Provencal gastronomy, including PDO olive oil and delicious goat's cheese. Explore the medieval streets of Montbrun-les-Bains and enjoy a relaxing session in its renowned Thermal baths. Vercoiran is the ideal destination for a rejuvenating and unforgettable vacation in the heart of Provence.
Owners Joël and Rosane have just finished renovating this Holiday cottage, located on the family property opposite their home. First floor: entrance hall with laundry area (washing machine) and bike storage. Upstairs: fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with dining area and sitting area (sofa bed 1x140), armchair, TV, bedroom with double bed (1x140) and shower room/wc opening onto the bedroom (washbasin, Italian shower, toilet). Direct access to the terrace from the living room, equipped with garden furniture, with breathtaking Mountain views. Just 200m from the Holiday cottage, a small path leads down to the Ouvèze river, ideal for swimming. Parking on the property (1-2 spaces). Adjoining a year-round rental, not overlooked. Bordering the D546 (busy road). On request: access to a motorcycle shed.

UN EXCELLENT ACCUEIL DE NOS HOTES ROZANNE ET JOEL.Super gentils , ils font tout pour rendre le sejour des plus agréable. Le gite et super bien equipé, on est comme a la maison.
Situé au coeur des baronnies , nous avons pu chaque jour visiter un site nouveau...Buis les baronnies, Vaison la romaine, Nyons , les villages typiques , le mont ventoux, les vautours a Remuzat ETC...

Stéphanie Un vrai petit havre de paix!
Nous avons merveilleusement été accueillis par Rosane et Joël de la Canarde.
Le logement est spacieux, propre, très fonctionnel et garde sa fraîcheur même en période de fortes chaleurs. L'environnement autour est magnifique (rivière, gorges, petites montagnes, champs de lavande, etc).
Nous recommandons fortement pour tout amoureux de la nature qui souhaite s'isoler de la ville (sans non plus être trop loin!)- Cleanliness

ROMAINE VAISON
Gite entièrement neuf et décoré avec goût. Correspond à 100% aux photos du site des Gites de France. Au pied de la montagne avec vue sur les champs de lavandes , Ouvèze en bas du terrain avec possibilité de s'y rafraichir. Propriétaires aux petits soins pour leurs locataires. Très bon séjour.

Séjour extraordinaire dans une région magnifique !
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, prévenants, et nous proposent une location parfaite en tous points !
Totalement rénovée, très fonctionnelle, sobre et élégante. Tout est neuf, et il ne manque rien.. on se croirait à la maison !Environnement très calme, ouvert sur la vallée de l'Ouvèze.
Emplacement idéal pour parcourir les Baronnies à vélo.Merci ++++ à Rosane et Joël pour la qualité de nos échanges
