We love this Holiday cottage for its location in the heart of the typical village of Mollans-sur-Ouvèze: a simple address, ideal for living at the village's pace, enjoying the cafés and summer entertainment, and easily setting off for Hiking, climbing or cycling amidst the unspoilt landscapes of the Baronnies Provençale.

This Holiday cottage is located in a charming Drôme Provençale village with shops, between Buis-les-Baronnies and 10 minutes from Vaison-la-Romaine.

In the heart of the Parc des Baronnies Provençales, this area is ideal for outdoor activities (hiking, mountain biking - Cycling - Equestrian) and for all ages. The area is well known for its many rock-climbing sites, notably those at Les Eyguiers and the Saint-Julien rock face in Buis.)
If you like Provencal markets, there's plenty to choose from: Wednesday markets in Buis-les-Baronnies (10 minutes away), as well as evening markets in the commune in summer. Strolling through the Provencal villages (Séguret, Montbrun les Bains) or tasting the famous local vintages (Vinsobres, AOP Grignan-les-Adhémar, Coteaux des Baronnies) on the Drôme Provençale wine trail will awaken your senses.

First floor: entrance via living room with dining area and sitting area (convertible sofa (1x120), corner sofa and TV), reversible air-conditioning. Kitchen opening onto the living room. 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (1x140) and the other with two single beds or a double bed (2x90 or 1x180), electric heating, bathroom (bath, washbasin), separate toilet.

Sheltered terrace with garden furniture, electric barbecue, deckchairs. Secure bike shelter. Public parking lots (town hall and Place Bicentenaire) 200m from the Holiday cottage. The gîte was once the commune's presbytery, and is adjacent to the church. The street is very quiet, and there are no neighbours.

A supplement of €20/stay is required for the 5th person.
