Completely renovated in 2017, this gîte is the former home of the janitor of the luxury shoe factory that was located here a few years ago. The site is atypical, and you'll appreciate the view from the living room of the pretty waterfall just ahead. The trout river, the Lyonne, runs along the edge of the property, and a small path leads to it from the gîte. The owners, originally from Paris, will share their love of the area with you. Numerous hikes, bike rides and horseback rides in the Royans, and more generally in the Vercors and Drôme.
After your hike, you can relax in the outdoor spa reserved for the gîte (open from April to November).
Single-storey gîte with dining room opening onto kitchen, bedroom with double bed (1x140x190), living room with sofa bed (1x140x190). Shower room with disabled WC, separate WC. Accessible to disabled persons. Beds made up on arrival.
Childcare equipment available on request: cot (60x120), changing table, high chair, games and toys according to age, single bed available on request according to child's age. Cleaning products available. Linen and towels provided. Private spa.

Les propriétaires : présents, discrets et d'un contact facile. Merci pour les conseils et les délicieuses attentions à déguster....
Le gîte : fonctionnel, propre et confortable.
La région : de très belles balades à faire dans la nature, des paysages magnifiques et variés, des produits délicieux (noix et dérivés, ravioles, fromages,clairette de Die,...).
