LA BUZARDIÈRE

Before arriving at the gîte on the heights of the village, you'll undoubtedly be struck by the beauty of the Trente Pas gorges, an exceptional natural site. Then, once you've arrived at La Buzardière, you can take full advantage of the silence and unspoilt nature. The perfect place to recharge your batteries and relax. Just 20 minutes from Nyons, famous for its olives, lavender, apricot trees and vineyards (market, old town, aquatic center) and 30 minutes from Dieulefit (land of potters and ceramists) and Rémuzat (vultures), you're ideally placed for exploring this beautiful Provencal region. Also 30 minutes from Grignan and Vaison la Romaine. Numerous activities: mountain biking, hiking, climbing, swimming in the river or fishing and relaxing at the Pas des Ondes lake.

La Buzardière is a spacious 4-person gîte on the first floor of the owners' home. Access is independent, either via a staircase or from the garden (the house is on the garden level on the terrace side). Air-conditioned living room, kitchen with scullery, 2 bedrooms (140x190) (2x90), shower room, separate toilet, dressing room. The various terraces surrounding the gîte are undoubtedly the highlight of this rental. At your disposal: an electric barbecue (grill/plancha).
