LA BRESSONNIÈRE

This house, built in the 60s, is located in a small hamlet 5km from the village of Grane. Crest is 15km away and Loriol sur Drôme 10km. In the area surrounding the gîte, there are many opportunities for walking and cycling. The region is rich in heritage and activities. The surrounding hilltop villages (Chabrillan, Piégros la Clastre...) offer beautiful panoramic views over the Rhône Valley and the AOC Clairette vineyards. A wide range of outdoor activities are available: canoeing and swimming in the Drôme, rock-climbing at Crest and abseiling from its keep, accrobranche and walks in the Marsanne or Saou forests. The Ramières nature reserve is 8km from the gîte.

All you need to do is climb the steps outside, and once you've done that, the interior is all on one level: kitchen, living room with access to the terrace, 4 bedrooms with double beds and shutters (140x190cm) (140x190cm) (140x190cm) (140x190cm), bathroom, separate toilet. Outside: 30m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, on-site parking, unfenced garden, pétanque court. For the little ones: cot and high chair. Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival. The house also includes another rental property rented on a year-round basis.
