Charming, character-filled gîte in a renovated former farmhouse facing the Trois Becs. Surrounded by truffle oaks, saffron plantations and lavender in bloom (between May and July, depending on the year), it's an ideal, peaceful place to recharge your batteries. Discover the beautiful Drôme countryside with family and friends. The gîte is 10 minutes from the center of Crest and its Donjon (Tour de Crest: the highest donjon in France!). You can explore the region by canoe in the Drôme (depending on water level), or enjoy a swim along the Drôme river. Local markets, local produce, great places to eat and drink - Crest is a lively town! Take the Clairette de Die wine route (local sparkling white wine), where tastings and estate visits await you! Walking, hiking, cycling, swimming and discovering the local heritage - there's something for all the family in Crest and the Diois massif.

Duplex studio gîte, adjoining another gîte. Lower level (interior stairs to descend): kitchen, dining area and TV lounge area, shower room, wc. Upstairs (unsecured stairs): two mezzanine sleeping areas, one with a double bed (1x160), the other with two single beds (2x90). Private terrace on the upper level with garden furniture and gas plancha. French windows and velux windows offer no direct view of the outside. From the parking lot, access to the entrance of the gîte via a path with external log steps. Access to the gîte is via the terrace of the adjoining dwelling. Shared laundry room (accessible from the parking lot, ground floor).
