Surrounded by Montélimar to the west, the hilltop villages of Mirmande and Cliousclat to the north and the Valdaine plain to the east, this vacation home is ideal for those who want to take advantage of the activities that the Drôme Provençale has to offer. The famous villages of Grignan, La Garde-Adhémar and Dieulefit are just 30 minutes away. For a weekend or longer stay, this is also the place to go for a sunny vacation, a gourmet stopover (Montélimar nougats, Côtes du Rhône wines, Rhône Valley fruit) or a golf break (Valdaine golf course 2km away). The Holiday cottage is close to major roads and numerous Hiking trails.

First floor: kitchen, living room (sofa, TV), wc. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (1x140), the other with a double bed and a single bed (1x140, 1x120), bathroom (bath). 2nd floor (access via miller's ladder): 1 attic bedroom with a double bed (1x160). Cellar in basement. Parking on village square in front of Holiday cottage. Terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs.
