LA BASTIDE DE LA CODA

After more than 10 years in the B&B business, Fabienne and Jacques now open the doors to a functional, well-equipped 2-person gîte. La Bastide de la Coda is located in Châteauneuf du Rhône, south of Montélimar "Gateway to Provence", 5 km from the city center of the Nougat Capital. Right in the heart of the Rhône Valley, 5 min from exit 18 of the Autoroute du Soleil and 45 min from Valence and Orange, this is a privileged location, with quick access to the most sought-after sites. You can easily explore the region's many tourist attractions in the Drôme, Ardéchois and Vaucluse regions. Within a 20 km radius: the Château de Grignan, home to the Marquise de Sévigné, La Garde-Adhémar (the 12th-century Fief des Adhémar church), Alba-la-Romaine (capital of the Helvians in ancient times), Marsanne, a village perched between plain and mountain.

The gîte is on the first floor of the owners' house. Kitchen, living room with BZ sofa (140x190), bedroom with double bed (140x190), shower room/WC (shower, washbasin) and separate toilet. A pleasant stay guaranteed, La Bastide de la Coda is a place where you can relax away from the hustle and bustle, by the pool (8x4m, open from May to September, weather permitting, fenced) in an enclosed garden planted with trees. The gîte has its own entrance and is not overlooked. From your private terrace (accessible from the bedroom), you'll be able to enjoy a natural, soothing view every day. Our property is on the edge of the departmental road leading from Montélimar to Malataverne, for quick and easy access.
