In the heart of the Vercors Regional Nature Park, in a forest setting, 5 minutes from the Col de l'Écharasson, a road that runs parallel to the picturesque and vertiginous Combe Laval road, this is a privileged location. Just 1h from Grenoble and 2h from Lyon, summer and winter alike, you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to sports and leisure activities or lazing on the terrace. For skiers: Font d'Urle (17km), Herbouilly (38km), Col du Rousset (40km). Depending on the season and your preferences: cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, sledging, dog sledding, biathlon, caving, canyoning, climbing, mountain biking. But also magnificent caves (grottes de la Luire, de la Draye Blanche, de Choranche), places of history and remembrance (Résistance and maquis du Vercors) and local specialities: ravioles, Vercors blue cheese, trout, clairette de Die, walnuts... All year round, Hermès, Vénus et Hélios are an ideal base camp for planning your excursions in a bubble of nature that will provide a change of scenery for young and old alike.

Hermès is laid out on one level. The entrance opens onto an impressive living room (50m²) with high ceilings. The kitchen with its central island adjoins the terrace. The corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms and separate toilet. Each room has its own special ambience: "Edgar Poe" 140x190 bed, TV, shower room/wc. Arthur Rimbaud " 2 beds 90x200, TV, shower room/wc, terrace access. "Jim Morrison" bed 180x200, TV, shower room/wc, terrace access. Just for you: south-facing terrace, parking, 2-car garage. To share with Vénus et Hélios: Wellbeing area (spa, massage table, elliptical), gaming room equipped with billiards, table soccer, TV, board games, library, piano, wc, closed room for bulky equipment, bikes, motorcycles. To be shared with Annabelle: basement laundry room. For gourmets: raclette, fondue and crêpe makers. For the little ones: Umbrella bed, high chair and bathtub.
