Located close to the banks of the Isère river, in Châteauneuf-sur-Isère, this Holiday cottage invites you to discover the many facets of the Drôme, between nature, heritage and local flavors. An ideal base for exploring the region, it will appeal to outdoor enthusiasts and those in search of authenticity.
Stroll the trails of the Vercors Regional Nature Park, cycle the greenways or take a canoe trip down the Drôme. Less than an hour away, don't miss two of the region's jewels: the medieval Château de Crussol, perched high above the Rhône valley, and the famous Palais Idéal by Facteur Cheval, a unique work of naive art.

For a gourmet experience, stroll through the markets and taste the region's star products: picodon, pogne, caillette, ravioles... In the evening, sit back and enjoy a glass of local wine in the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere of the Holiday cottage garden. It's the perfect way to get back to basics.

Completely renovated 70's house, adjoining an unoccupied dwelling. First floor (outside staircase): entrance hall, spacious dining room with TV lounge area, fitted kitchen adjoining dining area, three bedrooms: (1x160) (1x160) (3x90), shower room with Italian shower, washbasin and heated towel rail, separate toilet. Ground floor: laundry room with washing machine and large garage for 4 cars, motorcycles and bicycles. You'll enjoy a private, fully enclosed 1000m² garden. At your disposal: garden furniture, Weber gas barbecue and ping-pong table. Please note that pets are welcome but must remain in the enclosed garden. There is a shelter and they can also spend the night in the garage (no animals inside the gîte). Behind the gîte: farm buildings used as storage space by the owners. Bed linen and towels provided.
