Chateauneuf sur Isère is the ideal place to explore the fascinating Drôme region. The Holiday cottage is located close to the banks of the Isère (50m). For outdoor enthusiasts, the possibilities are endless.

Hiking along the lush green paths of the Vercors Regional Nature Park, cycling the greenways or canoeing the Drôme river for a refreshing adventure. While you're here, be sure to visit Château de Crussol, an impressive fortress perched on a cliff with a breathtaking view over the Rhône valley.

The Palais du Facteur Cheval, a masterpiece of naive art, is 35 minutes away. Visit the colorful Markets, where you can sample local products such as picodon, caillette, pogne and the famous ravioles. After a busy day, relax in the comfort of your Holiday cottage, where you can enjoy a quiet moment in the peaceful garden with a glass of local wine.

First floor (outside staircase): entrance hall, spacious dining room with TV lounge area, fitted kitchen adjoining dining area, five bedrooms: (1x160) (1x160) (2x90 or 1x180) (3x90) (1x160), two bathrooms each with Italian shower, washbasin and heated towel rail, two separate WCs.

Ground floor: laundry room with washing machine and large garage for 4 cars, motorcycles and bicycles.

You'll enjoy a fully enclosed 1000m² private garden. At your disposal: garden furniture, Weber gas barbecue and ping-pong table. Please note that pets are welcome but must remain in the enclosed garden. There is a shelter and they can also spend the night in the garage (no animals inside the Holiday cottage).
Behind the gîte: farm buildings used as storage space by the owners. Bed linen and towels provided.
