This duplex Holiday cottage has been converted from the former dovecote of a 19th-century building. The renovation and furnishings have been made with quality materials. Located on the first floor, you'll enjoy a terrace that stays cool in summer thanks to its northern exposure, overlooking the plain and the foothills of the Vercors.

Between Vercors and Ardèche, ideally located and easily accessible from the freeway or TGV. Hiking, cycling or heritage sites such as the Tour de Crest or the Palais Idéal du facteur Cheval: it's all close by!

You can combine the joys of the Countryside with the pleasures of the City. You're just 5 minutes from the village of Upie and the Jardin aux Oiseaux. Crest and its famous tower (France's highest keep) are 15 minutes away. The botanical village of Chabrillan and the Ramières nature reserve are 20 minutes away.

You can also swim and canoe on the Drôme river.

Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' home. First floor: entrance via living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area; sofa bed (1x140), shower room/WC (shower cubicle).
2nd floor: TV lounge with BZ sofa (1x140); an original beam crosses this open-plan room, so you'll have to bend down. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1x140) (1x140), shower room/WC (Italian shower).
All rooms are equipped with reversible air-conditioning.

Parking (4 spaces), unfenced grounds, gas barbecue (plancha/grill).
On the property: 2 Green'up recharging stations compatible with all brands of electric vehicle (flat rate: €10/charge).
A 50% reduction on the general price applies to reservations for two people. Only one room will be available to guests. Customers have a choice of room. The discount is visible on the booking form, when entering the number of adults/Kids.
