What a pleasure to be able to finally enjoy this detached house with Piscine! Nestled in the heart of the Drôme Provençale, this house is ideally located for easy access to all the region's treasures. Conveniently located close to shops and main roads (20 min from Montélimar Nord freeway exit).
There's plenty to see and do in the area, and something for everyone. You can discover the cobbled streets of the surrounding hilltop villages, such as Le Poët-Laval, listed as one of the most beautiful in France, or the charm of the old village of Marsanne overlooking the plain. Lovers of wide open spaces will be delighted by the generous natural surroundings of Saint Gervais sur Roubion. You can get away from it all on a hike in the Forest de Saou, a natural gem unique in Europe, or simply enjoy a bucolic stroll in the Parc de la Garenne.
