Just 200 meters away, a 360° viewpoint dominates the Pays de l'Herbasse, making Bathernay - the highest village in the area - an ideal place to take a stroll through the surrounding Countryside. The must-see attractions of the Drôme region are just around the corner: Facteur Cheval's Palais Idéal is 20 minutes away, Romans-sur-Isère with its shoe and pogne museums is 25 minutes, and the Cité du Chocolat in Tain-l'Hermitage is 30 minutes away.

In summer, don't miss the boat trip to Saint-Nazaire-en-Royans, 40 minutes away, at the foot of the Vercors Regional Nature Park.
